Obstructive Sleep Apnea Management
You'll be able to guide a patient from OSA diagnosis through CPAP initiation, adherence troubleshooting, and appropriate escalation to alternative or surgical therapy.
What this track covers
This track covers the full management pathway for obstructive sleep apnea, including CPAP device and mask selection, titration and adherence strategies, oral appliance therapy, lifestyle interventions, and criteria for surgical referral. It also addresses managing OSA alongside common comorbidities like hypertension, diabetes, and heart failure.

- Selecting a CPAP pressure mode and mask type based on patient anatomy and symptoms
- Troubleshooting common CPAP complaints such as mask leak, dryness, and claustrophobia
