What this track covers
This track covers how to describe and classify fractures by mechanism and pattern, a systematic approach to reading X-rays, and the immobilization and reduction options used for common upper and lower extremity fractures. It also addresses when a fracture warrants urgent orthopedic referral versus outpatient follow-up.
