What this track covers
This track covers the major chemotherapy drug classes, including alkylating agents, antimetabolites, antimicrotubule agents, topoisomerase inhibitors, and targeted therapies, along with the cell-cycle mechanisms behind their effects. It also addresses toxicity grading, dose modification triggers, supportive care strategies, safe handling practices, and the basics of checkpoint inhibitor and CAR-T related immune adverse events.
