What this track covers
This track covers the major categories of aging biomarkers, including epigenetic and functional aging measures, metabolic and inflammatory markers, hormonal panels, and physical performance testing. It focuses on how to interpret results in context, recognize patterns across marker categories, and use findings to guide and monitor interventions.
What you will practice
- Distinguish optimal from standard reference ranges when interpreting a biomarker panel
- Recognize patterns across metabolic, hormonal, and functional markers rather than reading values in isolation
- Identify which functional tests (grip strength, VO2 max, cognitive screens) add information beyond lab panels
