This track covers the biological mechanisms behind cognitive aging, including neuroinflammation, amyloid and tau pathology, vascular contributions, mitochondrial decline, and glymphatic function. It focuses on translating this mechanistic understanding into practical cognitive assessment and risk-reduction conversations with patients.
