What this track covers

This track covers how epigenetic clocks, telomere length assays, and multi-biomarker panels estimate biological age, and how these methods differ in what they actually measure. You'll work through how to compare platforms, read a results report critically, and communicate uncertainty to patients without overstating what the data shows.

  • Identify the clinical question a given aging biomarker test can and cannot answer
  • Read a biological age report and flag which values reflect established evidence versus emerging research
