This track covers the biology of aging and how it's practiced clinically today: identifying markers of biological versus chronological age, evaluating hormone and metabolic status, and applying interventions such as caloric restriction mimetics, NAD+-related strategies, senolytics, and autophagy support. It's aimed at clinicians who counsel patients on healthspan and want a structured way to reason through the evidence and its limits.
