What this track covers
This track covers systematic assessment of the poisoned or overdosed patient, from toxidrome pattern recognition through antidote selection and management of evolving clinical status. It addresses common ingestions such as opioids, acetaminophen, anticholinergics, and sedative-hypnotics, as well as higher-acuity scenarios like pediatric ingestions and intentional overdose.
